Yes I called twice. The first time the just said sometimes it takes longer for certain cards to be processed.

I also called on Friday, because even though our child's card is listed as approved, we hadn't received it. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address, and old address, even though we wrote the correct new address in a letter in our package.

As far as my card is concerned, the agent had no idea why it wan't processed yet, and even seemed apologetic that it was taking so long.
Even I called twice and initially, they told me it's not processed yet. Last Friday, they told me that there was a printing error last month and cannot provide any timeline as to when they'll print another one.

Got my AOR for PR renewal today.
Application received Sept 17th 2020
AOR received Nov 19th 2020.

Hopefully everything processed with no problems!
Also, does anyone know how long my application will take to show up in the "Client Application Status" on the cic website? Just tried searching with my UCI but it's not showing up.

Hi everyone, thanks for all the updates. I am so frustrated. My wife and I both applied to have our PR cards renewed.
Application received July 18th 2020
AOR received October 21st 2020.
She has received her card 20 days ago (the status showed COMPLETED on her profile). Mine is still showing DECISION MADE and nothing else, and now when I try calling to know more info, there are no agents to pick up the call. I've tried multiple times...

Hi everyone. When I landed in Canada about 4 yrs ago, I gave to CIC my home address in which I got my first PR card. After that, I changed my place of residence three times. However, I’ve been here in my new house for about 2 years and a half. (I wrote its address in my application form as my current place of residence). Before sending my application, I tried to change my address in CIC. I couldn’t. My question is do they send the card to the address that I wrote in application form as my place of residence? Or to the address that is in CIC account and never changed in their account? I’m really worried because I don’t even know the people living in my very first place of residence.

They should send it to the address in your application.
