Passports to Accra Visa Office !

Is it a must to send the consent form along with your passport and instruction letter through DHL ?even if you apply online ?
But I didn't sent it along with the rest ,and I have been waiting for 2 weeks to receive a confirmation mail from Accra that they have received my passport.could it be because of the consent form that they haven't said anything until now ?
And please tell me what can I do because my Gckey account said approved before I even received the PPR .

I don't know how GCkey is showing approved, but I think it get approved only after the CIC receive your passport and one way Visa stamped (for PR).
Can this affect my application process in any negative way ? Will it be delayed even more? Now that I didn't send the consent form along with the passport,do you think it's a good idea to go there in person and submit the consent form?

I think you can print a consent form from VFS Global, fill and send a soft copy by mail attaching a copy of your Passport Data page with the date you sent it to their office and the courier service used.

Fill page 2 with your name and details and second part of page 4 ie Applicant NOT wishing to provide biometrics
I couriered my passport to VFS Accra on the 25th of September, 2020 and passport has been under process since 2nd October. I had a call 4 weeks back if I can travel by the end of my medical expiry but since then no update on my passport.
Passport has been under processing for more than 6 weeks. Mailed the High Commission twice without any feedback. I have an exam next week and my passport will be required for entry.
Any advise???

Have u heard anything from IRCC yet. I where u above to send the IMM008 form to them.
Hello guys, I got a refusal letter today and there was no specific reason while my application was refused. However, I received a gcms notes sometime in June where the officer said he wasn't satisfied that my husband has a brother who is a PR and he was going to send a refusal letter. We quickly sent more documents (pictures from childhood to adulthood of both siblings, both families marriage certificate where their Dad my father in-law signed as Thier father, my brother in-law swore an affidavit in Canada, got an attestation letter from national population commission of my country stating they were both siblings). The documents were acknowledge. Subsequently in October another gcms notes showed nothing was done about the documents, we had to send again. This time an agent confirmed Accra has the documents and everything looked good only for me to get a refusal letter today. Pls I need advise as to the next steps to take. If seeking for reconsideration is best before appealing and what are my chances on both steps. It's really sad and very emotional that they refused my application because of their claim that I couldn't prove my sibling relationship even when we opted to do a DNA test to confirm this after contacting the ircc labs that insisted we must get a request letter from ircc and our correspondence were sent with other documents.Urgent Inputs from experienced people here will be appreciated
