Try calling between 8 am and 10 am. You will get through.

AOR - 27th Feb 2020 and I gave my biometrics on 5th March (before Covid)

My AOR is 6 May - Bio exempted on 13 Oct and everything was passed on 14 Oct. I called IRCC and they told me it is just the matter of issuing CoPR. Don't know why they are delaying.

Does your profile say everything passed? Or did the guy on the phone at ircc say that?
