Very easy. Click on the "TRACK MY APPLICATION " link on the vfs site.type the tracking code in the box provided. Then fill in your date of birth in the box where the calendar is is located on the next line. In the the last box fill in the characters displayed by CAPTCHA,then click on "Submit".

I think the best thing to do should be to call DHL & ask them.
However, you will be called when the passport is ready for delivery, & you can use that opportunity to tell the delivery guy where you want it delivered. It's a confidential package, so it will not be delivered without your instruction.
You may as well tell the delivery guy that you will come to pick it yourself at their office.
