"Your application is taking us longer than usual to process" to be exact. It's right in the middle, on top of the 100% progress bar.
Is this for your PR Application or your PR card application? I didn't think there was a timeline for PR Cards.

That is for my PR Application. I never have any timeline for my PR card process. Just sent CoPR & photo and get the PR card 1.5 months later :)

I emailed to the Edmonton office yesterday and got the same response;

Good day,

In response to your inquiry regarding your permanent residence card:
Our office is currently working to process your Permanent Resident Card. Due to COVID-19 our government office is currently working with limited staff and resources. If you had a previous appointment to pick up your card at our office we will contact you to rebook.
To avoid any delays please ensure that your address is current and up to date. Please go to our website and submit your request via web form.
If you require further assistance, please telephone the Client Support Centre at 1-888-242-2100 or visit our website at www.canada.ca Please reference your application number and UCI.

We appreciate your patience during this time.

Good day,

Due to COVID 19, all IRCC offices are currently closed until further noticed. We will process the Permanent Resident card photos once staff are allowed to return into the office. As stated on your approval letter, you can expect delays in the processing of your card. However, please note the letter you received is an official document that allow you to get your SIN and Provincial Health Card.

Thank you very much for your understanding as we navigate through these challenging times.

Thank you,

Hi,

Anyone has send photo to Nova Scotia, Sydney, and have received the pr card. Please can you share your time line.

Also, if anyone has applied for PRTD. Please can you highlight what documents did you submit to prove pr eligibility? As the documents can only be COPR and Landing Documents, will these 2 documents work?

Thanks
