They automatically reschedule second time and the third would be final one, before they make the application abandoned. https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=910&top=5 They dont provide next date or provide any estimated time. They put it on next round - as usual, it depends on the officer who can schedule it soon/later.
