Canadian New Passport from USA

Posting on Behalf of my Wife:

My wife gave her citizenship test yesterday & passed ,waiting for the same to be reflected in the portal & for the LPP , Oath finally. Question is if she completes the Oath in Canada get the E-cert ,Can we apply the new passport from USA? Request you to please confirm

You can apply for a passport from most countries on the planet, including the US.
