Hello All. Inquiry is regarding PGP 2019. My parents are here in Canada, therefore they are considered inland applicants. GC Key was updated (with COPR document number and expiry dat) on Friday Sept 25th 2020. How much longer will it take for COPR in-hand document or an email? How long is it taking for PR card now?

Hi it took me 7 days to get my copr in my email. And as i was told, it will take another 3-5 days for them to upload that letter to our mycic account.

Congrats!

Is your VO etobicoke? Different offices may have different timelines. I was told by an agent that you might sometimes need to wait for 2 weeks or so.

Hi. I'm inland spousal sponsorship. My account has been updated on May 11th and I have not received any COPR. It says you are now a permanent resident. I mistakenly thought the next step is the PR card, so I was waiting for it. But I guess I had to contact them sooner to ask about the COPR. Any ideas, I need help.

I have never received any confirmation or COPR. I'm inland, and my account says I became a permanent resident on May 11 th. I'm confused because I had the impression that they will send the pr card directly without COPR so I was waiting for it all this time based on the processing times on their website. Any ideas?

Hi, you need to contact with either IRCC agent or your VO figuring out if they have sent you COPR already. If yes, through email or mail. We need to get that COPR information letter where stating you are now a permanent resident of Canada. In that letter, you will also be asked to send picture/pictures to them so that they can generate the PR card for you.

Did you get yours? I checked my email spams and I check the mail daily, didn't receive it. It shows only a copr number on my account. I contacted them a few days ago, they still haven't answered yet. I feel dumb because I was waiting for the PR card all this time and never contacted them, I wasted so much time.

Yes i got mine within 7 days after my application was approved. I have got the email directly from etobicoke office though i have yet got it in mycic account, which would take another 3-5 days to be uploaded to my account.
Where is your vo?

Mine is Ottawa. When was that and did you receive your PR card yet?
