Not sure ordinal entry could mean your first ever entry and last entry being your most recent. Maybe post and ask in the favebook group or contact the call center for clarification. Good luck and let us know what they mean when you find out!
The travel documents that I submitted as part of my sponsorship package look at my travels since I was 18 or the last 10 years whichever is applicable.
So I provided the earliest entry and the latest entry as per the documents I sent in.

Hopefully it'll be sufficient to advance to the next step

have you received your CoPR already? How many days after the phone call from ircc?
I got my official CoPR letter on the afternoon of Sept. 8

Hi! Did the phone number start with 778 or +1800?? I keep receiving those scam calls and I automatically block those numbers. Worried that I might have blocked one of their calls too
It came up as "NO CALLER ID" with no number showing, which seemed weird at first, but I think it's pretty standard from what I've read on these forums.

Hi, I am a little confused. Do I just send them my COPR with the pictures to get my PR card or do I need to fill out the PR forms with the check list?
Just a copy of the COPR letter and the new photos. No need to redo or resubmit the checklist or any of the IMM forms again.

Hey guys idk why I’m stucked with OWP any advice please? application received September 19th,2019
I know we are in the same boat, although I'm an October applicant. Never received my OWP, and even escalated the matter to my MP's office this spring. IRCC could not give either of us a satisfactory answer as to why I was deemed "ineligible" for an OWP at the time of application (I was in status and residing in Canada), only kept saying they could confirm my application was received and being processed. They even told the MP's office not to keep asking about it, as they were processing the most urgent cases first! Now it is assumed I will get an OWP at time of AIP.

Have you received SA or AIP yet (or are you even further?). If you think you might be receiving these soon, hopefully COPR is around then corner as well, then the OWP is a non-issue. If you think your application might still be processing for a while, then yes, I'd order GCMS notes, try calling, or submitting a Webform to follow up on its status. Hope that helps!

We are in that exact situation: Oct 22 applicant, SA/AIP received on Sept 8, received request for PCC from home country on July 22 (when did you receive the request?).

We sent the documents to the home country for the PCC to be processed (on July 23) but they have not yet arrived

So I guess we will keep each other company on this part of the process...

Good to know it's not just me. I received my PCC request on the same day I got the AIP and SA i.e, September 08. I also received a request for RCMP PCC on July 15 which was done on the same day and later confirmed with IRCC that they received it.
