I I checked my nomination certificate. It does not say I should provide IELTS but the mail they attached the certificate to says IELTS test result is necessary. You can check your own mail.

Hey all, I am inland paper based applicant. I got my PAL on 12th Aug 2020. I am waiting for MR.

Getting PAL means eligibility and background check cleared?

on my account there isnt any update on eligibility and background thou I got PAL in my account.

Eligibility clared. It doesn't say on GC key. The only way to know it is with GCMS notes

Same here, I don't trust anyone except the gorvernment who makes the rules. I only follow what government website said. Also, on the forum, there are many false information as well. Beware.

Submit PR base application and CIC center received; signed on: Mar 12 2020.
Pnp expired: Jul 28 2020.
Still waiting AOR... like a lot of members here! I HEARD THAT 1 MEMBER RECEIVED AOR WITH AR ON EARLY MAR 2020 ALREADY. THIS IS A GOOD SIGN FOR US

It's not required.
The valid date for them is when your application was received. Your nomination must be valid at that date (AR)
