Hello everyone
Can anybody here give me a detailed info about how i can Apply for TRV (Travel visa) its been 2.5 years since our case and now my wife is getting depressed we cant wait more than this.... i will be glad if somebody give me detailed info thank you in advance

Since Visa Application Center in Karachi and other Pakistani cities is going to open from August 3rd ( InshaAllah ) now we all will see real progress in real time, InshaAllah.

All those applicants their files are already being processed or have this notifications, that " We have Started Process your Application "
InshaAllah all those are going to receive pretty soon passport request.

Some of them already have received this message that " DM" they are surely now going to get PPR InshaAllah

It depends on the officer you get and how they process your case. Since you are an October 2019 applicant and your file statted processing in London Visa Office July 2020, it will be a while before you get your final decision. Many people have their file processing at LVO since november 2019 and december 2019 and they are still waiting. Realistically i think your file might be finalized after december. Its all due to covid-19 so now there is a huge delay unless they finish the backlog in th next 2 months then they can start with your batch which i doubt because they dont seem to care about us.

Hi I got invitation to pre arrival on 14 march, 2020, then get my medical done in july as it was expired. i e-mailed LVO but no answer. Waiting for Passport request. Medical was updated and passed on 20 July. Any ideas on how long?

I applied today for my wife. Just go to Canada.ca and login to your wife's account and click Apply for Visa option, It will ask you some questions and then it will tell you what kind of visa can you apply. it is very easy and straight forward process, you need to submit the passport pics of wife, her entry and exit stamps on passport. you will need to write a letter of invitation for your wife and your 4 months bank statement will be required

I know people can apply for work permit if the spouse is already in Canada and they have inland spousal application. Now the outland applicants are applying for TRV and they are also being granted. Once our spouses arrive in Canada can they also apply for a work permit? Anyone knows?

I am may 2019 applicant. We are waiting yet there no movement on our case.

A good number of people who had their AOR2 in Feb and March 2020 have had their PPR already. While us Nov 2019 people are still waiting.. Just don't get it.

thats strange...its very frustrating..they started working on my file in london visa office on 18 nov 2019 but after that i am just waiting and waiting and waiting.. is it true they have started working on outland applicants like pakistanis? if yes thats a good sign.. lets hope for the best

yes, they did after taking interview on 13 march. they asked for re-medical on 14 march and sent thed invitation to pre-arrival on 14 march. we get appointment in july due to corona and after 3 to 4 days, it was updated on ecas on 20 july.

What do you guys mean by TRV?
Is it visit visa? it is 128 days processing time from pakistan.

Case has been completed 100% on the progress bar.
Current status said “your case taking longer than usual to process ”
Case suppoed to be completed on July10,2020. But It’s been 20 days over no updates at all.

Mine was supposed to be completed December 18 2020, still waiting and its getting frustrating. Canadian immigration system is an absolute mess.
