So yesterday has made two years since my husband an I tied the knot. Next month will be two years for our application also. July2018 applicant.
Awaiting PPR
Has anyone from 2018 noticed any change as yet with their gckey? Because we haven’t,IRCC still have up unavailable . So we’re hoping they update it soon with something!! This is frustrating!! :(
Hi, Nov 2018 applicant.. No change or update since April 7 when they reviewed my husbands medical again and said he didn't have to redo it after the 1 year mark passed since the exam was done.. I don't think any applications will continue processing until Mexico gets a handle on the Pandemic. It could be months (maybe into 2021) before they allow people to work as normal. Half of the tests they perform come back positive. That's incredibly high. Out here in Alberta, its 1% of all tests come back positive. Not to sound like a pessimist, but don't kid yourself into thinking they're gonna resume our applications anytime soon... :/

I can't remember where your spouse is from - but a lot of Cuban-Canadian couples I know are starting to get pre-arrivals from Mexico - there were quite a few over the last week. So it seems that they are indeed working - which is encouraging for you all.
Our file is in Trinidad and we are Oct 2018 applicants. A deeply frustrating experience - hoping it is over soon. Maybe it is just us Calgary folks that can't get a break? :)
