Nothing new, there is some activity every month in the tracker but that doesn't mean they are working fully on our apps. I am expecting full activity in the tracker starting from the next month including my application as well.
Same, all their sites say they are going to be back to fully operational on June 30th.

Hi Guys,

I received my gcms notes yesterday.

I noticed that it said:

"Client will be advised via decision lette4 from CIO that: An original Upfront Medical Form IMM1017b Upfront) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Up-Front Medical Notification Sheet has not been provided. Your relative(s) must complete the medical and once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy of this letter. Your application has been transferred to this VO noting the deficiency. Your relative must also forward the medical information in order for the continued processing of his/her application. Failure to do so will result in delays or a refusal."

Can somebody please help me out with this? I am unsure of what to do next.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Bhuvana

I had the same note. I think they just mentioned the reason for file transfer to ndvo. Even, I couldn't understand it as medical request generally comes after AOR and we don't do medical upfront. If you got medical request and if result has been updated on ecas and gckey, that's it. Nothing else to do.

I also had the same thing in our notes. I don't think it's anything, looks like some copy paste message they put maybe to advise VO to send medical. There is nothing to do here as you can't do medicals in advance for spousal sponsorships.
