I am extremely happy today to announce you that I have finally become a permament resident. ❤ It's been a long 7 years battle (legacy claimant here) but I finally found the relief I was longing for... i cannot express my happiness and am really grateful to this country. Thanks to everyone whom gave me the advices I needed and the moral support. I haven't received the COPR yet but I am sure it's on its way. I will keep you all in my prayers and wish you the very best in achieving your statuses ❤

My timeline:

Permanent Residence
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 15, 2018.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 15, 2018.
  3. We started processing your application on December 14, 2018.
  4. We sent you correspondence on May 29, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  5. We sent you medical instructions on May 29, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  6. Medical results have been received.
  7. We sent you a letter on June 24, 2020. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
  8. You entered Canada at the Winnipeg IRCC office on June 24, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident.

IT mean they asked you for medical only on may 2019 no 5 ???? they didnt sent for you AIP OR DM directly COPR ????

Hi!

Yes the last thing I was asked was medicals last year. I'm still waiting to receive the COPR but it should be in pretty soon! :D I haven't received a specific mail about the DM but I saw the status change to DM last week in the online status check and this morning I saw that I landed ❤ Just waiting for COPR now :D

I've got an email from IRCC today asking for additional documents (imm5546e_MilitaryDetails) what is that for/meaning? I filled this in before the hearing.
June 19 applicant.

PR application needs this info separately. Its normal. They just need it for record.
