Well, I had the same issue with this tools, and I came to find that the name format was different than what they entered, they have entered my full name as last name.
anyhow you better link your application to your GCKEY account as long you have received your AOR.
l will do that. Thanks a bunch

Hello everyone
I am October 2019 applicant and l received AOR in December 2019 with application no, But since then whenever l try to check the status all l see is 'we are not able to identify you using the information you provided'. please can you explain? or is anyone having same issue, Thanks.
I’m also have this problem I’m September 2019 application in trying to link my application with GCkey account but not work if you find the solution let me know .

I am extremely happy today to announce you that I have finally become a permament resident. ❤ It's been a long 7 years battle (legacy claimant here) but I finally found the relief I was longing for... i cannot express my happiness and am really grateful to this country. Thanks to everyone whom gave me the advices I needed and the moral support. I haven't received the COPR yet but I am sure it's on its way.   2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 15, 2018.
  3. We started processing your application on December 14, 2018.
  4. We sent you correspondence on May 29, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  5. We sent you medical instructions on May 29, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
