Yes, I understand. That is exactly what we wanted to do.
I hope everything goes well with your application and let's see when Mexico starts working again!

Can't believe they won't soon..... countries are starting to announce flights and reopening everywhere around.

Hi, everyone.
We are thinking about sending more pictures from our last meetings, we are 12 days left from the year mark.
Any advice?
Yes, you should absolutely be sending a few key photos from each trip you take after the application is filed as well as proof of the trip including passport stamps, airline tickets and accommodation receipts. This is most certainly looked at in the genuineness analysis and is very important evidence to show that the relationship is ongoing past the wedding and application date. The less is more theory doesn’t apply to spousal applications. The substance and quality of the evidence is critical.

They look at the application up till the time you applied. SHOULD they have questions they will request things. Its quite clear in the directions to only send what they ask

I also sent additional information without being asked. I'm waiting for an interview though so I don't really have anything to lose by sending it. If they have not noted an interview for you then I wouldn't send anything because it will just prolong your application.

Congratulations for your anniversary. Nothing new here as well. Still waiting for PPR. I think Mexico City is in the “orange phase” since yesterday and is returning slowly to a normal.

Please everyone email your local MP and or other government workers, agencies and media outlets to contact minister of immigration to expedite all immigration cases during these difficult times due to Covid-19.
Sample email below;

Please get in contact with minister of immigration to expedite immigration cases of spousal, parental sponsorship and all cases. It should be essential work and the delays should stop. All Visa offices are closed and the minister has given ministerial order to keep Visa offices closed outside Canada since March 2020 now.
Please forward this message to other members. Thanks

IRCC wedsite show that a lot of VAC’s around the world are beginning to re open. Since yesterday it was updated.

Exactly. Rest assured they will review and prep very carefully for your interview and they will know your story as well or better than the PA, so the more they have the better to understand your story. Interview is regarding genuineness so you’ll want to bring ample documentation to the interview too. If you need any further constructive help or advice, I am pleased to offer it.

VAC's are NOT Visa Office tho...

At that pace, we'll go up 2 years of marriage (Sept 2020) ... passed together : a few weeks now and then during it ...such a married life.

*sigh* this is ridiculous

We should all get TRV and seeing our wifes or husbands for others that's all.

While they catch up cause it could be months and months

I know, i wish there was a law that said any married person to a Canadian pr or citizens gets vida exepmt automatically. And remove the option of waitting in canada for pr for spouses. That way everybody will be more comfortable. If our spouses could come easily to visit us multiple times until the process of their pr is done, nothing wrong with that. Nobody will go from spousal already applied to refugee status. Makes sense?
We do not deserve to be treated like this. Thats all
