You need to ask your institute to send WES an enquiry through their web form choosing the enquiry category as other and quote your reference number on the form.

Was your documents picked up by WES as yet?
My documents reached on 30th March as well, and everytime I contact WES - the answer is the same . That they have started processing the documents, and will process mine when they get to mine.
Does anyone know which dates Mail applications are being processed by WES now?

My transcripts got delivered to WES on 4th April as per the consignment tracker but they havent received it as of now. Everytime I contact them from WES portal, they say there will be a delay dur to covid.
Is there any email id or contact number where they are reachable ?
Also, is someone else facing the same situation ?

Hey, I have a question for you. I too am going to use Parchment for document delivery. While it shows WES as a recipient in the system, the location against that is of NY, USA. Do you remember if you were able to find WES Canada location in the system or WES US is still going to work? TIA.
