So Ontario will most likely have delay in application. At this point i could care less if they send approval or refusal as long decision is out. 30k CAD is sitting in Canada and atleast i can get that soon enough. The way things are moving i dont think they are going to process applications anytime soon. I guess all we can do at this point is wait....

every thing will be clear on 9th June but o think may be it goes to Augast.Japan has opened today.turkey will again start its VSF services for visa in pakistan after Eid holidays

Students are allowed to travel regardless of the date your permit was approved but you will need to explain at the airport how and where will you self isolate for 14 days and who will take responsibility doesn't matter if you're tested negative if you dont have relatives in canada its basically impossible

Will they not ask at airport regarding the issue that your course is shifted to online then why you are traveling ?

They probably will but they wint stop you because of it just make sure you do self isolate for 14 days and get all the info about your relative and how do you plan to isolate
