I wish you could help me out on this
My common-law spouse has PGWP until Aug 2020. She has applied SP and intents to go to school on Sep 2020 when WP expires.
I am holding study permit and finishing my study on Apr 2020. Since I had applied PGWP 4 years ago and expired for while, I couldn't apply PGWP again. My questions are:
1. Am I eligible to apply for SOWP since my common law partner has study permit and expects to study? When can I apply (can I apply now or do I have to wait until she starts the course?
2. If I successfully get my SOWP and I am luckily to get ITA for PR, can I still extend my WP for one year (bridge)?

Why? if we applied on student visa for SOWP file within canada, is it the same timeline?

Hello, I recently received my acceptance letter from a university in BC and I want to go ahead and apply for my study permit and also my husband’s OWP. How long is the process and what is the percentage rate of approvals? Reading up on it has be a bit nervous but our marriage is real and our intentions are pure. Also, the application is asking form for a return ticket and stuff. Why would i have to provide that if he is applying for a work permit ?

I recently got approved for May Intake and my visa is stamped so can I apply SOWP for my spouse now or I should apply after landing in Canada ?

also if I apply right now will these documents enough for positive reply ??

Hello I need help

I have been admitted for May intake for which my visa also approved and afterwards I applied for my Spouse SOWP with May intake LOA now due to covid 19 situation I am planning to defer my intake to September 2020 so if I defer intake then the LOA will change so can this lead to misrepresentation in my husband SOWP file and lead to ban because his file is submitted with MAY intake LOA

any idea on this ?

Last January I applied for a open work permit, my wife it’s studying in Canada. After a month my application was refused, today I got the GCMS notes and was a confirmation that what I tought was the problem.
I forgot to mention two refused us visas, on a two previous applications for Canada(both approved), I mentioned every refused us visa.
I want to know what is the better option to reapply, a letter mention my mistake????
