I found the group you have suggested on facebook but I was not admited, or at least not in a week do you have have any idea why is this for?

Are you Cuban or are you Canadian? The group is for the Canadians, so if you are Cuban they may not have admitted you - that is just my guess.
It´s actually taking that long. My wife and I have been on this process for 21 months and already passed my interview in TT, got the Pre-Arrival letter and my medical extension but still waiting...

Passed my Medical on Jan 16, 2019
Interview Passed on Feb 5, 2020
Got my Medical Extension on Feb 24, 2020
and still waiting to get the email to submit my Passport for the Visa

friend i just received my DM letter asking my wife to bring her passport and pictures to the embassy in Havana . send email to mexico which is exactly what i did bug them every week with an email then they will reply to you eventually. Good luck

Well, it actually took that long that now I have to wait the services are opened back because of the COVID19
. It will be 2 years on this endless process my God...
