I just submitted my online application for PR through Express Entry yesterday (CEC with a BC Provincial Nomination). I did not receive any notification of the fee increase in my account, and simply did not know it was happening until this morning - terrible timing.
I paid $1125 (RPRF + Processing Fee + Biometrics fee) when I submitted the application. I guess this means I am short $285 under the new fee structure? Should I make an additional payment of this difference and upload the receipt to the web form with an LOE? Or wait for them to send a fee payment request? I'm worried they may return my application as incomplete
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
