Does anyone send their application or additional file by Canada post in April?
Is everything fine?

My Hong Kong Police Certificate sent from Hong Kong on April 1st, cause mine was sent by Hong Kong Police Force and it has no tracking service after the mail left Hong Kong, now I'm really worried.

There are delays in the mail delivery service throughout every country at the moment.

I saw people said Canada post lost their parcels, that kinda freaks me out. Cause airmail service by Hong Kong post to Canada is stopped already. Hong Kong Police force is only willing to send it through airmail by Hong Kong post. So if mine is lost, no one knows when can Hong Kong Police force resend one :(

have you tried using the tracking ID on Canada post's website? When I receive parcels from other countries after they leave those countries they would normally show on Canada post's tracker (after It lands in Canada). And yes there would be delays

Canada Post doesn't provide tracking for international registered mail. I sent a webform to IRCC already, I guess I have to wait for their reply. And patiently wait for the delivery.

No, I still received letters (delivered by Canada post) from Hong Kong.

Yes, it's probably sent in March via HK post and I received it yesterday.

That's what I used to think, but i have been able to track international parcel sent to me via Canada post, once the land in Canada. I tracked my police certificates from Scotland and 2 African countries

Thanks for the reply. Canada didn't release processing and delivery information of "international registered mail". But this is the only way Hong Kong Police Force willing to send the HKPCC, so I guess I'm just unlucky  If I could send it by myself, I would have sent it by FedEx or UPS.

Canada Post is very backlogged. I sent an item with tracking from BC to Ontario at end of March and it arrived 2 weeks late.
It look around 3.5 weeks for the parcel to go from BC to Ontario.
So chances is that your item is probably just sitting in a sorting facility somewhere.

I hope so, I just got a reply from IRCC that they haven’t received my HKPCC. I guess I just have to wait, it’s only a few days late. Thanks!

Maybe yours sent before April or not by Hong Kong post? I saw the stopped airmail to Canada on Hong Kong post website.

I think you were confused about what you saw on the Hong Kong post website.

Today I received another letter from Hong Kong. It was sent to me on April 8, 2020. The envelope has Hong Kong Post stamp on it.

Thanks for the reply. I called and checked. They said my airmail is still in Hong Kong......and said not sure when will it be sent since all airmail postal services to Canada is stopped.

They said surface mail postal services are still available, but since my police certificate was sent by Hong Kong Police Force and they require airmail ONLY. So I just have to wait.
