Please due to the coronavirus pandemic, I'm unable to get one of my reference letters and also haven't done my medicals.
Can I go ahead and submit my application with a LoE? Thanks

I think you will be given 90 days grace to submit any documents you are currently unable to get due to the lockdown caused by COVID-19.

I know that this applies to applications that have already been submitted and are being processed.

But maybe you should check with IRCC to be sure that the 90 days grace also applies to applications that are yet to be submitted.

Nope, or atleast i have not seen any official statement. But saw an article in Toronto sun saying that immigration processes has been put on hold.

I believe that our processing from Accra is affected by the lockdown in both Ghana and Nigeria, and I don’t foresee any movement until that situation changes. My status for the past four weeks has been “Review of additional documents

Exactly! They already have all they need to complete the processing of your application, so, it’ll say what it says now. As soon as the situation changes with the lockdowns, we should see some movements by the Grace of God. All for the best my brother.
