I am an inland EE applicant and when I try to order GCMS notes there are 2 options:

1. Personal information is usually requested under the Privacy Act.
2. All government records (which include corporate documents and personal information) may be requested under the Access to Information Act.

Could you kindly let me know which one I should choose?

Hello,
How to contact IRCC via phone? When I call them at 613 944 4000 , it says they don't provide immigration information through phone.

Hello guys,
My AOR: Dec 9th,
Medicals Passed: Dec 21,
Biometrics: Jan 3

I called IRCC regarding my status and here's their's response:

"Currently your eligibility check is going on, you met eligibility requirements already (positive), but waiting for officer's opinion and your profile is in Ottawa".

Please let me know your opinions on my status

Hi All,

I submitted my application on Dec 2nd, and my medicals is completed on Dec 17. My eligibility is not started yet.

I reached out to IRCC and they said that I did't pay the Biometrics fees, I am not sure how I missed to pay the BioMetrics fees.

Is there a way I pay it now? How do I get the letter to pay the Biometrics fees? I am just worried that this could delay the processing time.

I'm also not sure how you missed the biometric fee. Usually you pay it along with your application fee right after you've completed your online application.

I'm not sure how you get to pay it afterwards. I think you should reach out to IRCC again and get proper information if you're unable to get it in this forum.

Hi there,

I believe so many of us did not pay the biometric fee at the time of submitting our application. This was the process for me:

IRCC sends biometric request letter to CIC account with instructions on where to make the payment. After you make the payment online, you upload the receipt onto your CIC account. They will then send you a Biometric Instruction Letter which you take to a Service Canada location to give your biometrics.

Hi Everyone ,

Received below response to my web form query ,

We can confirm that your application was received at

CIO Sydney Nova Scotia on Dec 6 and is still under process.

In addition we can confirm that

1) The security background verification has not been initiated
2) The criminality background verification is currently valid

I presume that " Valid " means Passed.

Also can anyone tell me the approximate processing timeline tha CIO Sydney Nova Scotia takes for Issuing PPR ?
