We have verified the file of Joyce and were unable to find information stating that you are their representative.

The Privacy Act ensures that a person's identity and personal information are protected. For this reason, we cannot take action on your request since this file contains personal information about another person.

In order to respond to your enquiry, Joyce must provide written consent to IRCC by completing the Use of a Representative form and submitting it via the IRCC Web form. You may also contact the appropriate governing body to verify that you are a member in good standing.

A few useful tips

If your request is for an outside Canada application, we invite you contact the responsible Canadian Visa office directly in order to add a representative or designated individual.
A separate form is required for each individual you wish to represent, even if they are part of the same application.
If you already provided a Use of a Representative form, we may have not received it properly. Please resend the form and make sure to fill out all sections of the form correctly.
If needed, more information on immigration and citizenship representatives is available for you on our website.

Pls friends help i don't know what to do, i haven't received my AOR number or whatsoever and it's over 90 days so i filled the webform to enquire about my application and the responded to my Husband's email, requesting for an authority to release information to designate individual which is my husband to confirm my sponsor is the Enquirer. Ee didn't choose a representative, we did it on our own.

And we submitted it on the webform, after few days the responded stating they won't release any information about our application to husband because he is not my representative, that we should fill and submit a representative form, which we didn't chose pls how do i reply to this?

My Visa office is in Accra and I’ve received PPR. I’m currently in France, can I send my passport to VFS Paris for stamping or I have to travel to Accra to get that done. I’m a Ghanaian resident but I’m here in Paris for a workshop lasting two months. I got my PPR today and there’s no way I can get to Accra before the 30 days deadline. Please advise!!
If I may ask what's your timeline, especially your AoR. Thanks

You fill out the representative form and send it thru webform.
Even if you didnt use a rep to fill out the form, this rep form needs to be filled if the sponsor wants to speak on the PA's behalf. Thats it. Nothing to worry about :)
