For most people, does a hang up in the "Processing" stage mean that there is a problem with the application? It seems that most people here who had a successful renewal went from "Processing" to "Decision Made" the same day. This is my timeline:

January 20: Received
January 31: AoR/Processing
Feb 6: Still Processing

It has hung at "Processing" for a few business days now and is making me a bit nervous as it was a straightforward renewal. In 5 years I traveled home to the U.S. for a total of 31 days to visit family.

Mine got switched to Decision Made on the 5th of February, but nothing else changed.
You should wait a couple of days, I had received my AOR on the 28th.

Thanks, that makes me feel a bit better, perhaps they are still a little backlogged from the holidays.

My card is still processing, almost two weeks now since it moved to "processing" status. I am hoping that maybe someone just forgot to update the status and it will show up suddenly, as it was a very straightforward application (I have lived and worked full-time in Canada for over a decade, leaving the country only rarely). Looking back in this thread it looks like some people got stuck in the processing stage for weeks back in August. Anyone had luck calling them? I feel like that is not going to get me anywhere, they strongly discourage it on the website.

2 weeks isn’t very long. Would give it a few more weeks. You will only be to,d to wait if you call.

Thanks. The status moved to "Decision Made" today, but no indication what decision was made yet. I know two weeks is not long in total, but most people that had approved cards in this forum seemed to move from "processing" to "decision made" very quickly, if not in the same day. So I wanted a record for anyone else experiencing a similar timeline.

Hi, I have to get my daughter name split on her pr card. Her name surname is empty on pr card . The given name has her first and last name. She is 16 yrs old. I have got the name changed on her passport. What all documents I would need? I have her health card, Ontario card, school report card.
