Majority of the time you get it on the spot.... Depends if they have any concerns. But for the most part on the spot...

Thanks for the congrats everyone, would like to say I'm excited but just more nervous. I will be flying down with our son for the interview. Question about those who got letter for interview - do they always request passport and pictures? And it's just the applicant that needs to bring passport right?
