Baby Born to Canadian Father in Abroad

I am a Canadian and residing in India presently. I have a baby who is born three weeks ago in India. Can anyone advice me please,, what is the procedure to apply the Passport and Citizenship Certificate. Can I apply right now or need to wait some more time and how do I make photographs for baby.
