Folks, I have applied for my parents under 2019 sponsorship program. they have done their medical in Sep 2019 and Biometric in November 2019. Just received an email from CIC Mississauga that the application was sent to Ankara office. Based on your experience, can you tell me what would be the next step, since they have done all the steps.

There was an improvement in our application and I received the medical instruction. They also asked for a copy of updated Police certificate, CSQ, Bio-metrics fee receipt.
Timeline:
Outland Spousal Sponsorship (Quebec)
PA: Iran
AOR1: December 10, 2018
Biometric fee payment Requested: February 11, 2019 - (I've done Biometric before and it's valid until 2025)
Started processing: February 20, 2019
CSQ (Certificate de Sélection du Quebec): March 30, 2019 - (Federal and provincial)
Medical instruction: December 12, 2019

Ok, some movement now from Ankara VO.
We also received today our Medical instruction letter together with a request to submit CSQ and a renewed police certificate.
They have requested that all documents be submitted in one package (one time) via email.
Does this mean that we have to scan the certified translation of the police certificate and submit it by email? does anybody have a clue?

Have you not asked for CSQ before?
I saw 30 may was the date they asked for CSQ? Am I right?
