Hi,

He was one of the 18000 rejected , he is working at Montreal now with a closed permit and his number in mon projet quebec is between 30 and 40 .
you can find his information bellow :

Hi Erwin,

Thanks a lot for sharing this. I really appreciate it.

My file is between 70-90 and I had sent all the docs and they sent me acknowledgment of receipt on 30 sept.

However on 11 Nov they sent me intention to refuse message because they said 3 of the documents are not according to their required format or standard.

So I consulted with them and sent those 3 docs again and they received on 18th Nov but I have not received acknowledgment for those 3 docs.

My file is in "En treatment". Hopefully I will get an answer before Christmas holidays.

Guys,
I have done my education outside of Canada and have true copies of all my degree/transcripts. Would that work for Quebec govt?

There is a pdf available on Quebec immigration website. It is like a sample checklist and describes what formats are required.

If the original document is written in French or English but has a seal in another language, you must have the seal translated

Good luck!

Another question I have is that my IELTS exam is expiring next month. I've got the invitation in Oct 2019. For sure, I am not going to receive CSQ this year so do I need to re-appear for IELTS or It does not matter as long as IELTS was valid on the date of invitation ?
