Wondering if anyone can help me?
I was sent and additional document request on Friday and the first thing they requested was this....

"Please provide the specific border crossing/port of entry from your last entry into Canada on..."

Does this mean they just require the name of the place? I re entered Canada from the US via land after a vacation and got nothing stamped by the border officer. I'm just a little confused o_O TIA

I Recieved on 13 nov but no DM yet. What s the ground for requesting this when we are already inland?
I volunteer with a charity and some volunteers get asked to give fingerprints. The reason is because they have a similar name to someone with criminal history.

As we are inland, we are not required to give biometrics, so IRCC has no fingerprints to match our applications with. Hence they could ask for RCMP check with fingerprints so they can finalize the background check.

I’m guessing this might be why? I could be wrong though...:)

I think you are right but if they need I’m confident they will ask before AIP.

im also waiting for DM since last week I’m thinking I haven’t paid RPRF so this delay? Any comments?

But As per the AIP letter they will contact separately for RPRF.
