please help me I have received my ITA and gathered all the documents. I am married and living away from husband. He is not communicating with me for past 2 years and have tried all way to to communicate .

He and his family members are not letting him to give the passport details .

Difficult. Very difficult.
You need to give full details for all your family members, unless divorced. Then you only need to produce the divorce decree or certificate.

You are legally separated. You will need to provide documentation to prove this to have him excluded. Filing for divorce is the best proof you can show.

This is called legal seperation. As legally seperated you can claim to be single applicant. Contact an attorney, file fir divorce, use the documents of case to claim for legallly seperated in your EE profile.

My doubt is , if divorce in progress and if it might take atleast 2 yrs to get divorced then in that case , what are the chances of getting a PR?

Now I have 41 days left to upload all my documents online .

Even if you have not got a divorce certificate and have just filed for the divorce. The filing documents can act as proof of legal seperation. Once you are legally seperated, you are single applicant and no need to add spouse to your application.
