Question about the details page, is it normal that it says I do not need a medical exam at this stage? Or is it just a glitch (one of many) in the system?

Hey Guys,

Just got off a call with an IRCC agent. My status is still the same.

Eligibility // assessed and it is met (could some one please clarify about this "met" or "passed" thing. I didn't ask her if it is the final status. I've gone through a couple of forms about this and they spoke about some terminology between various offices. Apart from that, I don't know what to make out of it)
Criminality // passed
Security // hasn't started. not really sure what triggers this:(:(:(
Medicals valid till Jan 2020 // She said it is up to the officer ( re-med or extension)

I have ordered GCMS notes and got the 90 day delay response...

Thanks

Regarding Re: Medical

Hello guys,
When doing the remedical, did you guys upload the 1017E form that came with the request as well?
My clinic did not return that form, just gave me emedical that I submitted and now I'm worried if I missed a document.

You don't have to upload anything. They will upload the form themselves. I did this just last week and the medicals are showing pass after 8 days. Didn't upload a thing

Yes, I got the same request form 1017.
Did my medicals at cdc, they took the form and just gave me receipt and proof of medical. Didn't have to uoad either of them. Finished medical on 7th and got them verified on 14th.i suggest you ask cdc if they have sent medicals to ircc first.

Thanks!
So what I've done is I've added all the trips to the US from India. ALSO, during this period I added all the trips back to India on vacation too. Earlier I had only added the trips that had the US as destination; but now it includes trips with India as destination (trips made when I was in the US). This is ok right?
Yes this was exactly what I had done
I did not mention them and I faced no issues with my application. You don't have to listen to what I said, just read the instructions carefully and you will see that it is mentioned there. Since I was also worried about the stamps on my passport, I explained in my LOE that "the trips between country A and country B, on the given dates are trips between country of residence and country of origin and according to IRCC instructions I don't have to include them in the travel history, so I didn't".
I never faced any issues with the way I filled my application. However, I wouldn't ask you to do the same, fill your the way you feel is best, don't take my word for it.
Good Luck
As I had mentioned in my original post it is not mandatory to mention travel between home country and country of residence but if you dont, it would be a good idea to mention in LOE as mentioned in this post.
The final decision is definietly upto the individual application submiter. Depending on how complicated the profile is, you might want to avoid additional complications.
