I got another set of notes on weekend. Only difference is it shows that I have sent revised experienced letter in July. No one touched those documents or reviewed eligibility again :(
It's gonna be a long wait it seems.
Same.. Notes confirm my request for NOC code change was received almost 2 months ago but no one seems to want to actually work on the file!!

What does it show for you in the Additional Documents section in your profile when you login?

Well I was never sent an ADR.. my issue is different. They've already verified my CRS score above the cutoff so I'm eligible under express entry. But I mistakenly changed my primary NOC code (and not the corresponding NOC code for the job) before submitting my application so I'm ineligible under FSW's 1-year-experience-in-primary-NOC requirement. It's just a code change they need to make.. I'm sure my documents must have already been accepted since the agent noted my verified CRS score..

Did you receive any ADR for submitting reference letter?
No it was not for Reference letter. It was for PCC which requires request letter from IRCC. Once I got that, then only I was able to submit that country's PCC in May end.

It seems they have not reviewed that as well because my profile says "The additional documents you have provided have been uploaded".

Even my file is not touched from 4th April. I called ircc on friday and the agent told me that the new reference letter provided by me is getting reviewed from the officer. I even ask her to send reminder and on that she said its not required as the case officer is working on your file.
Hoping for the good news to arrive soon.

PPR Today!

Finally, its time to write about my success story. My path was full of hurdles but after crossing all the way, it lead to a better destination.
Here is my timeline:

IELTS 1st Attempt - Apr 2018
IELTS 2nd Attempt - June 2018
IELTS 3rd Attempt - Sept 2018
IELTS 4th Attempt - Oct 2018
(Cleared) after re-evaluation.
ITA - 12th Dec 2018
AOR - 29th Jan 2019
MEP - 12th Mar 2019
BIL- 20th Mar 2019
Then came the worst nightmare – Got to know from CIC agent that eligibility 'NOT MET'. Proactively submitted new reference letter prior of getting GCMS.
Ordered GCMS to understand the reason.
1st GCMS ordered on 14th June came on 2nd Aug, does not have any information (everything was hidden)

2nd GCMS ordered on 3rd Aug received on 1st sept. Got to know duties were missing. Did nothing as i hv already submitted new reference letter with duties on 29th June.
Mailed ralph, erin but got reply that "your file is awaiting review by an officer"
Re-med request- 17th Oct 2019
Re-med passed- 04th Nov 2019

PPR – 8th Nov 2019 (but i did not get it because some how my mailbox got storage full issue and all the mails bounced back)
Called CIC on 12th Nov to know the status and got to know that email has already been sent on 8th Nov.
12th Nov- raised webform to re-send ppr mail.

PPR email received- 13th Nov
VO- CIO Sydney from start till end

I will suggest everyone to wait patiently and do your part whenever required.
Thank you @PrasadK and @capricorn7 for your help and support.

I need your help, guys.

I got to know that my eligibility "Appears Not Met because employment letter provided does not contain job duties" when I received my GCMS notes this week. I envisaged this, so I kept pushing my previous and current employers for the proper format of employment letters. I was lucky enough to get a revised letter from my previous employers and sent them via webform long before I received my GCMS notes. I also included an explanation about how my current employers do not want to provide this letter in the specific requested format. However, they gave me a generic salary certificate and an employment certificate. I also provided pay stubs to prove my current employment. NOC is the same for both jobs.
SO my question is, will the extra employment letter which my previous employer gave me suffice since both jobs have the same NOC?
My timeline below:

AOR: APRIL 15, 2019
MEP: MAY 30, 2019
BIL: MAY 29, 2019
GHOST UPDATE: JUNE 13, 2019
SENT UPDATED EMPLOYMENT LETTER: JULY 03, 2019
ORDERED GCMS NOTES: AUGUST 21, 2019
RECEIVED GCMS NOTES: NOV 09, 2019
ELIGIBILITY NOT MET{JOB DUTIES}: JUNE 13, 2019

Thanks.

Yes. The revised letter contains the job duties. However, this letter is from my previous employer. My current employer just gave me a generic letter. Both jobs are under the same NOC though.

Without job duties, that employment will likely not be considered, thereby reducing your total work experience and if your CRS points drop below the cut off for your EE draw, you will lose eligibility.. If you maintain your CRS above the cut off for your draw with just the previous employment, then you wouldn't have issues. However if your score drops below the cut off, you better press your current employer for an accurate reference letter (with job duties) asap

I'm still pushing for the letter from my current employer.
I had 4 years experience in my previous job and over 4 years in my current job as well.

I take it you're applying under FSW? Since the maximum benefit in CRS is upto three years for foreign work experience, you're not gaining any additional points beyond the 3 years. In this case, the reference letter from your previous employer alone should suffice, and you wouldn't need an updated letter from your current employer. You did the right thing in proactively providing that. When you got a response for your webform submission, did it mention anything like 'in queue for review by an officer' ? If that's the case, then your case is in RR for eligibility and will be reviewed in due time. Your current employment will not be considered but you will not lose any points and should be able to attain eligibility on the grounds of your previous employment alone..
