Hello All,

I am planning to create Express Entry profile. Me and my spouse given IELTS and got the TRF forms.

I have done ECA through WES and have report in hand. But, my spouse WES is in inprogress.

Can i create Express entry profile now and update my spouse's WES report later?

does any one knows how to process follows for one that has not paid his Right For Permanent Residency Fees at the time of AOR, and get a request to make such payment?

CIC will send u passport request alongwith paying RPRF fee

I didn't get your inquiry regarding Canadian education. Cant, you just send your credentials for the WES assessment? I suppose you need to notarize them after translation and sent them for approval?

are you applying WES for EE?

Hi,

I have 5+ years of work experience spread across 3 companies (including my current employer). I already have an experience letter from previous 2 firms where I've worked (totalling 3+ years). Could someone confirm if I will still need an experience letter from current firm where I'm working? I want to avoid taking an experience letter from them right now due to potential conflict of interest.

you need your ECA no. to enter into the pool and claim points for your Education. Pls, ask your institution to reissue your certificate and apply with it for ECA. Best of luck

Yes, absolutely u can and that is recommended too. In the application, you can have two different entries for both the masters and the bachelor's. Best of luck with your journey

The qualification that WES deems to be equivalent to a four-year bachelor's was a one-year programme after I had completed my three-year bachelor's degree.

I am unsure what to fill in on the Express Entry profile.

Must I just claim one four-year bachelor's degree

OR

one three-year bachelor's and one "one-year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute" and choose the ECA equivalency for both as a bachelor's degree?

I want to claim as many points as possible, but I do not want to misrepresent and get banned just for misinterpreting the WES report.

My brother received ITA from Government of Saskatchewan on 17th Oct 2019 on his name but the profile belongs to his spouse.

What can be done ?? Should he apply and send letter of explanation??

Dears,
I did MBA from UK on distance learning so which country I should mention in country of Study ? my home country or UK?
One more thing , i did ECA for Bachelor and MBA and got Canadian Equivalency of Canadian Masters, should I mention Bachleors in Education History ?

the ECA no. is the one that ends with IMM, so if you have it then you can enter. But without the final ECA results one is not recommended to enter the pool with a guess ECA no. if that is even possible.
