Visitor Invitation letter - Question about 'Household'

I am a PR in Canada and my brother is intending to visit me from USA. He is working there after studies on an F1 OTP Visa as a software engineer. He will be driving to Toronto from New York. I am supposed to write an invitation letter to him as per the format given in below link

As per the link I am supposed to give the total number of people living in the household. I am now living with 4 other roommates in an apartment. My wife is also PR, but she is not living in Canada now and has returned to India after soft landing. So should I include my roommates or my wife as 'household members' in my invitation letter for my brother ?

I don't think it is needed. It is intended for parent and grandparent super visa. I applied last April, my sister who wrote the letter of invitation for me never indicated the ones below.

• details of your family, such as names and dates of birth of your spouse and dependants (this is mandatory for the parent and grandparent super visa), and
• the total number of people living in your household, including people you sponsored whose sponsorship is still in effect (this is mandatory for the parent and grandparent super visa).
