You've got pretty much everything you can include for an application. It's all going to come down to IRCCs decision. It's not like you can improve an weak application without falsifying facts. You'll just have to wait and see.

No. MP has no sway unless MP has personal relationship with you and your family, and knows your brother personally. What support will MP give him?

His only tie to return is school (family not even in the country and doesn't own property) so make sure he has absolute proof of needing to finish his studies. If he has a job include a job letter with length of time worked and approved leave.
