Hi everyone!

I am applying for my Retired Parent's super visa. I would really appreciate if someone can help answer following few questions based on their knowledge/experience.

Background and travel history:
  • Applicants: Retired parents (India). Compliance history: 5-month Canada visit in 2023. No pension/ITR.
  • Hosts: Me (PR, started new job Dec 2025) and my Wife (Citizen). Household of 2.
  • Brother: Also in the same city (Citizen), living with his spouse.
Questions:
  1. Sponsorship Mix: I meet LICO alone, but I'm on probation. I'm co-signing with my wife. Is this enough, or does it look "suspicious" to exclude my brother who also lives in same city? Do we need to show all financial documents for both, my wife and I?
  2. Primary vs. Safety Sponsor: If we include my brother, should he be a full "co-inviter," or just provide a supplemental letter as a "financial safety net" for extra trips/unforeseen costs? Or is it better to skip him entirely to avoid confusion.
  3. Home Ties (The ITR Issue): Parents have two homes and savings but no ITR. Is a professional translation of Property Tax receipts and Electricity bills mandatory, or is a valuation report enough?
  4. Social Ties: Is mentioning their religious community and social clubs helpful as "social capital" ties, or could it be seen as "filler" without certificates?
  5. Document translation Requirements: For local language documents (e.g., utility bills), is translation of documents from local language required?

I'd really appreciate your advice on how to present invitation letter/sponsorship + home ties. Thanks for your time reading through :)

1. Co-sign with wife if you don't meet LICO with your NOA. You cannot include brother unless he applies on his own insureds. Household is 4.
2. You cannot include your brother.
3. Home times are job, business, income property not bills.
4. Not a tie.
5. Yes.

You are the sponsor with wife co-signing with your NOA. Household is 4. They pass the medical and get one year of health insurance. Brother is not part of application at all. Show properties and they can show their bank funds.
