I also mailed cic ottawa and got the response that our application is in queue for review by an officer.
Hope to see some action as we will cross the six month mark on 29th.

Got the golden email today. Below is my timeline:
ITA : Mar 6 , 2019
AOR : Apr 27 , 2019
Medical Passed : 11, June 2019
Biometrics : 14, June 2019
Webform raised for newborn baby : 10th July 2019
ADR request : Aug 03, 2019
ADR submitted : Aug 04, 2019
Webform raised for informing about a prior visa rejection : 13th September
Confirmation on Webform : 18th September
Profile status changed to updated and then back to submitted: 25th Oct (at the same time Additional documents status changed from we are reviewing to NA)
PPR: 26 Oct , 2019
Hope this also helps anyone who have a baby during the process - no having a baby does not hamper your timelines if you provide all documents.
Also for those who forgot or missed to mention prior visa refusals - plz do it now. It has no repercussions. But if you get flagged for misrepresentation, it might become an issue.

Could u kindly tell me how long did the process for adding ur newborn to the application take exactly??
I had a baby on 29th May. I got her passport and birth certificate made in a month and had a medical done. On 10th July I raised the webform with Medical Certifcate , Birth Certificate , Passport , IMM008 and IMM5408 (I'm not sure about this form). They acknowledged the webform on 17th July. There was an ADR on 3rd August asking me to send IMM008 personally signed. I complied on 4th August. That was all.

just don’t know if it is normal to take 2 months to add a baby ??Yes. She was added on Aug 04. Dont worry, it just means your file hasn't been opened since. Once they open it, they'll update. If you have received the acknowledgment on your webform which usually comes in a week after raising it, you should be fine.Thank u for ur reply , So she was added to the application on Aug.4th or on a later date??
