That's why when you cant able to link application you will miss medical request because if you are not principal applicant or authorized representative then you will not get any email about it so, quickly call ircc customer service and ask them whether they have sent it already and check spam email of principal applicant if you dont have any authorized representative.

I got a bit confused, we have no representative, I am the sponsor and I received the AOR email. My husband and I, we both have been checking our spams and inboxes every day and I'm sure we've got no emails. I just called IRCC but it's closed today because of thanksgiving.

The information has to be exactly as it appears on form IMM0008. It does mention in the guide that you may have to use different combo's to get it to eventually link. I used PA's first and last name + DOB, place of birth. In the last section is does mention to enter 2 if its just sponsor + PA. BUT, there is also a section on one of the forms (I don't know which one) where it ask's you how many people are in this application. Perhaps you entered 2 there?
