Hi everyone,

Application received August 23
AOR1 September 27

I've noticed in the spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Gm315tmNKWoywb7PwZBiE67fUmznYQrNhYVWXPXXJBw/edit#gid=2067843252 that biometric and medical exam are requested just few days after AOR1 but I've got no more emails after AOR1, 16 days ago! Also I can't link my application to my online profile, seems like it's not started yet!
Is anything wrong or I'm just panicking too early?!

Thanks,
That's why when you cant able to link application you will miss medical request because if you are not principal applicant or authorized representative then you will not get any email about it so, quickly call ircc customer service and ask them whether they have sent it already and check spam email of principal applicant if you dont have any authorized representative.

You will only get notified about sponsorship eligibility through email if you are sponsor and not authorized representative.

Hi all,

I am sponsoring my husband and we are lucky enough to be one of the applicants who submitted applications and received in early August (Aug 08). We still haven’t gotten AOR yet, and we tried to check the status online and it failed to find my application. I would like to call IRCC customer service desk as well... but I tired the number that said son the help page, it’s an automatic voice mail. I m starting to get worried if my application is actually there, do you guys have any other suggestions for me to check? I have seen some of you were able to talk to an agent, may I know which number that you called? Do you mind to share that with me please, and I m not inside of Canada now. Thanks in advance!!!

I believe its option 2 1 1 0 to be connected to an agent. Just be aware if the lines are full the call cuts.

I got a bit confused, we have no representative, I am the sponsor and I received the AOR email. My husband and I, we both have been checking our spams and inboxes every day and I'm sure we've got no emails. I just called IRCC but it's closed today because of thanksgiving.
I'm so worried about missing medical and biometric deadlines! Do you get these letters on online account?

Thanks, I did follow it but got no results! I use PA's info and choose 2 for the last step ( no dependent) :(
The information has to be exactly as it appears on form IMM0008. It does mention in the guide that you may have to use different combo's to get it to eventually link. I used PA's first and last name + DOB, place of birth. In the last section is does mention to enter 2 if its just sponsor + PA. BUT, there is also a section on one of the forms (I don't know which one) where it ask's you how many people are in this application. Perhaps you entered 2 there? In that case try entering a 3?

I've tried different combos and in terms of that number, I've entered 1 in that form and entered 2 for linking. :/
I'll keep trying... Thanks for your help though! :)
