1. Write clean and legible text.
2. Master's degree fetches more points than bachelor's.
3. CLB 10 + bachelor's + 3 year foreign work experience do not cut the high score cutoff nowadays.
4. Both of you can sit language test to increase the CRS score.
5. Check whether the experience is in NOC type 0, A or B. C and D will not be accepted.

Your friend is probably wrong. Each member can give IELTS test whether they are PHD or illiterate. There is one primary applicant, whose age, experience (both Canadian and foreign), language score, education are considered during score calculation. The accompanying member can add to the score by providing points for education, language test and Canadian work experience.
Hence, the partner needs to sit a language test to add to the score.

Scoring system model is here. You can check it by using different score combinations.

Anyone can write the English test, irrespective of level of education, so your friend is incorrect.
You first need to identify under which occupation you want to apply under. Refer to the NOC page
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ligibility/find-national-occupation-code.html
No one can give you what your scores will be without knowing other factors such as age, years of experience etc.

Do your own eligibility to determine your ranking

Good luck!

One more thing i want to know..my husband has bachelor degree..i have masters degree..so if we both give the test will his score doesn't matter much??what you will suggest?should he give the test or not?will his score add a good value to my crs score?

Sir i have alreasy gone through that.but i didnt get my answer..i have calculated score by adding an imaginary vluev for ielts.it came 416..but some one told me that husband has only bachelor's degree..so his svore doesmtd jave much impact
At the bottom, there is a detailed break down of points.
Alter your husband's details and keep an eye on the details. You'll know, it's not rocket science.
