Hi, your case looks similar to mine in a way. Even my file was reviewed due to roles and responsibilities letter.
See my timeline on immitracker to gauge an idea: https://myimmitracker.com/ca/trackers/consolidated-e-apr-tracker-express-entry-permanent-residency-application/cases/case-29631

My review was completed and PPR issued after almost 9 month since AOR. I know of a couple more cases who were reviewed at Ottawa and they received PPR around 8.5-9 months after AOR. I would suggest that you don't worry and just wait.

Hi Kolasinac,

i see you mentioned your file was previously marked for refusal due to roles and responsibilities/NOC.

Can you please advise what you did to turn things around?

Awaiting your response pls.

What does your note say?
I got married 2018 August and added my spouse to the application. Then on November 2018 they asked for my re medical as the first one was expored.

Feb 2019 IRCC asked for my spouse documents except for Medical. We took an upfront medical for my spouse and uploaded all the documents by April 2019. May 2019 IRCC again asked for spouse medical. We raised a CSE and got a acknowledgement from them that they received the upfront medical and moved our application to local VO for us NDVO.

After that no update till August so we sent out a mail to NDVO asking for the status and they responded last week saying Spouse medical is not yet received. We then understood that they were trying to search for spouse medical through IME number and since we took upfront medical its tagged to UMI number. We have sent out a detailed mail stating these last week itself and waiting for a reply from NDVO.

By the same time we also approached an MP and got a reply fron IRCC as below :

*******
The application was received at the Centralized Intake office on November 9, 2017.
The New Delhi visa office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the applicant and their family members (if applicable) meet the eligibility requirements under the class for which they have applied.
the eligibility requirements assessment was finalized on February 28, 2018.
The medical examination results are on file and valid until November 7, 2019 for the principal applicant.
The criminality verifications are currently valid for the applicant(s).
The security verifications are currently valid for the applicant(s).
If the application is approved:
the applicant and their family members (if applicable) will need to send their passport(s) to the Canadian visa office to obtain the permanent resident visa, and
the officer will issue the Confirmation of Permanent Residence document which the applicant and their family members (if applicable) will present at the port of entry in order to be granted the status of permanent resident of Canada.
If the application is refused:
the officer will send the applicant a refusal letter including instructions to obtain a refund of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, if it was already paid.
Following a thorough review of the file, we have concluded that further clarification regarding the medical examination results for the dependent spouse on file is needed.

********
I still think there is a confusion of my spouse Medical as its not linked to IME number which shouldn't be an issue as upfront medicals are also valid.

Please let me knownif you guys jave any thoughts.

Thanks
