Your scores will only increase or stays same. So you are on safer side anyway. Ielts certificate number also remains same after EoR.
So is there a way to add my new marks in case they change after receiving an ITA? Or I shall simply inform them that I had applied for an eor and these are my final results..

I just dont want to lose the profile creation date...

I totally understand. I think I’ve seen other people in the same situation created a new CIC account & EE profile under their spouse’s name, so they could accept the ITA from whichever profile gets it first. Maybe you can do the same. Although it actually added ‘duplicated’ profiles into the pool but I believe this is allowed.

That's so naive bro. Worry not, stick around here and u shall become pro in no time. That is, if you don't go after 'balls' - now what is that - u will realise soon.
Thank you very much but I do not want to be a pro. I had a simple question so asked it. I think it is okay to ask naive questions? Isn't it?

If you give for EOR, your ielts results stands invalid and you cant use the same till you get the EOR result. You cannot be in the pool during the EOR stage. I enquired with the CD IELTS Center here in toronto and they told this to me. Check with your center first before EOR .

Wont the duplicate profile create issues?

CIC does not pick candidates based on IELTS Score or NOC they pick candidates based on CRS. They don't care what was your IELTS Score or NOC as long as you have the required points mentioned for a particular Draw.

If you are married get Spouse ECA and IELTS and hopefully you can boost some points based on that. Also when I did quick goolge NOC 0122 occupation in demand I saw a link listing your occupations BC in demand list.
Nope it's not in BC demand list.. BC needs a job offer too for pnp.
Please explain more if you think otherwise.

Thanks for the response. I was anyways planning to go to Toronto. But, I read on a forum that you have to live in Ontario for at least 2years before you move to another province, if you are going via OINP. And that you might have to apply for different PR number once you complete 2years, which enables you to move anywhere in Canada. Is this true?

By design, the point of PNP is the province is nominating you is because they believe that you will stay and contribute to the province, hence why you can be denied if they believe you don't truly wish to stay there. I've also heard about staying in the province for X number of years if you accept nomination but I know of many people that have left within a year of getting their nomination. I don't believe it's enforced but I personally don't want to find out otherwise...that's why i believe you should use PNP to get to where you want to actually be and not just a means to an end for PR. As the other poster said...the rest of that 'getting a new PR number' stuff is bullcrap....

Like I said I did a quick google search. You are correct, BC does require a Job offer as I just looked up its PNP. However, as per WorkBC this NOC is listed by BC govt as high in demand. Getting a LIMA from a BC employer for this occupation may be possible. Having said as per my limited knowledge, getting LIMA itself is a challenging task especially for outland ITA aspirants. If anyone gets it is nothing short of a miracle.

Maintenance notice for Tuesday up!
Draw in sights. :D

(Just don't get too excited though lest it gets jinxed again.)

Excitement or no excitement there ll be a draw on 21st August 2019 ia. We need the cutoff to get down to 459 range once again to see it rise again in September temporarily due to all the pnps and hopefully start coming down sharply from October to see a close finish at 450 at year end.
