@robertp and all expert members,

I have a question regarding the AOR. It says the application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2019.
It also has bunch of details regarding using a representative (IMM5476).

Do we all have to submit IMM5476? or is it only if we have used lawyer, immigration consultant or appoint a representative (family or friends)?

Your help will be much appreciated.

Good luck all :)
I think that is a generic format of AOR...mine was also the same format even though I had already submitted the representative form with my application.

It is 30 days from the day you receive the request.
The way applications are processing, i think you will receive the request by mid-end august which will give you enough time, as you mentioned your mom is going back on Sept 10th.
In case it comes earlier, Medicals can be done here.
For biometrics: Option 1). If she has USA visa, you can get it done there
Option 2) Mexico (no need for visa), but ofcourse the cost of travel etc.
Option 3) Request an extension mentioning that your mother is going back home on sept 10th, and she will complete the biometrics there.
But i believe you will get it in August and it will give you 30 days which will be beyond Sept 10th.

Thank you for the detailed and clear explanation . Much appreciated

I got the feeling that IRCC is trying to process any case they think is trivial, straight forward as quickly as possible then other cases are put to rot and then they still have an average of 20-24 months, like with a case that is processed in 3 months, they can process another one in 45 months and still end up with average 24 months!

Did someone here got there PCC accepted even though it was issued before the request date from IRCC? I know that the validity is usually 6 months. FBI take almost 2-3 months minimum to issue one. And I am planning to apply for my mom in advance.

There is no incentive for the IRCC agent to do that.

Read the below FAQ:

Agree , if application is is incomplete or complex it is not a fault of IRCC agent . No one can process incomplete application and technically it should go at the end of line .

Will you stop whining Bro? Since the invitations time all you do is crying. We are having useful conversation and Q&A regarding the process hurdles and you keep saying same thing over and over everyday.
