Hello ! My name is Simardeep Singh. I am 22 years old. I've completed B.pharma in 2018 currently pursuing a pg diploma. I've scored 7 bands in IELTS and currently working as a MLT (Medical Lab Technologist)
Please let me know if I select the NOC for MLT do I need to give the exam conducted by the liscensure authority for attaining Pr in Canada ??

No, you don't have to take any exams to get the PR (well, besides the IELTS, obviously). You'll need to get an ECA done, that's all. You'll need to get it done here - https://www.pebc.ca/index.php/ci_id/3114/la_id/1.htm

After you become a PR, you will need to take exams to work as a pharmacist in Canada, but that's got nothing to do with the PR process itself.

Thank you so much for your response
Please do let me know about all the steps that has to be followed to gain PR in Canada I've 1 year experience in production feild in pharmaceutical company.

Get your PCC's done.
Get your ECA validated from WES or IQAS.
Get your reference letters gathered.
Get your POF.
Take your English Language Test.
Do the upfront medical exams(Or later on after you receive your AOR)
Gather all other documents.
If you prefer hire a immigration consultant.
Calculate your points.
Watch the latest draw result trends.
Decide on which province you want to immigrate to(Hopefully not Quebec as that is a whole different ball game at this point)
Write down your entire personal history, experience history, travel history and address history for the last 10 years(everything has to be correct here date to date and month to month and year to year). This will be required to fill up your express entry online questionnaires.
Apply for Expression of Interest.
Wait to get your Invitation to apply(ITA).
Submit all your documents once you get your Invitation to Apply.
Wait for your AOR.
Wait for your PPR.

Those are pretty much the basic steps in a nutshell.
