Yes , for example I ordered notes today . When I receive them in 30 days they will only reflect up to July 10.

Is only a business purpose , pay for this pay for that... as its just a simple query on system. Oh we are late ? Well i guess you gonna have to repay your medical after 12 months..... is totally frustrating. Wished this to be more human but it's not. Call center barely tell you details even if you are representative , i don't get what it takes more. Called in may to know where my app was at.... yeah they gonna send it in the next weeks.. , called in june same statement... and last week called to be said the same thing that all is in order blabla and gonna be sent... lol yeah right in 6 months ?

I won't be surprised if these guys are tryna cash grab everyone. My lawyer now barely reply back. I have to send her a second email, " did you get my previous email."

It’s super frustrating , and like you I want my spouse here . The reality is we are at their mercy lol. I knew it was going to be tough but not this tough. As I am near the end , like a lot of members my patience is thin. We just have to dig deep and find a little more patience to get through it . I hope I don’t go over the 12 months , but I know eventually the answers will come .
I’m happy I have this forum and all of you to vent to , so thank you !

It’s super frustrating , and like you I want my spouse here . The reality is we are at their mercy lol. I knew it was going to be tough but not this tough. As I am near the end , like a lot of members my patience is thin. We just have to dig deep and find a little more patience to get through it . Well i needed to vent too yesterday as i see ppl get sent to Missisauga and all and getting PPR in like 10-15 days afte their reception at vo and we are all here waiting for Mexico's one for months.. where's the fairness in this thing ?

I get it , I see people getting ppr fast and of course I get frustrated too . That’s why we are all here . To support , to vent and at times make someone feel a little better .

yeah but you won't tell me that this process is transparent and fair... oh gosh noooo they def put some application on top of list and the ones they don't really want... at bottom just passing them at the 12th month.

Add to that.. Last time i've called the agent said "You know for a Central America application, yours is really fast.... " what's that supposed to mean ha ?!? i really didn't like it felt like arogance totally.

I’m sorry , I truly am . And yes this is one of the most difficult waits I have ever gone through . No it’s not transparent at all, in fact at times I also feel that it’s un fair .
Many many countries are scrutinized more than other , my husbands is one of them as well.
Honestly it’s hard but you need to try your best to stay strong and think positive .

calling the call centre unfortunately doesnt do much. these are not immigration officers -- they are call centre agents and have very little insight and training on applications. you need to take what they say with a grain of salt. every single call is recorded and if you order your notes youll see them all listed... nothing in this process is fair, however nothing we can do will make it better. we are all in this together and definitely understand how youre feeling... unfortunately, this is the way the cookie crumbles and we have to wait... patiently

Well ordered some on June26th... but as representative we shall get more transparence tho..

yes the notes will give you a clear picture for sure........ However I am a Sept 2018 app and my husbands background has not started (According to GCKey) you are February 2019 and gckey is showing your background has started. Thats positive.

Yeah but when i refer to what is true and what isn't .... sometimes you have 2 versions...Agent said Criminality was completed (months ago.... like in May)

Security is not started nor Eligibility - Starting to be tough to follow and in who to believe in.. that's the thing.

So for me Gckey is whatever lol i don't really believe this thing
