I saw the longest applicant got AOR after 56 days, it will be 56 days for me on sunday should I call them everyday? Or contact my MP? This is beyond ridiculous. May applicants already got AOR
Someone in the March thread didn't get their AOR for 70 days, and it's not unheard of to have to wait up to 90 days. Contacting your MP at this point won't do anything, there's generally no recourse for getting an MP involved until your application processing time has exceeded the standard 12 months. Sadly, the only thing you can do for now is wait. I was one of the last people in the March thread to get Sponsor Approval, most received theirs in April and we only just got ours on Friday. Trust me, I know it sucks HARD to have to wait, it's stressful and upsetting. But a lot of the process is just building up copious amounts of patience while stuff trickles through the system. Keep us posted!

Mine was returned as well. It fucking sucks. My wife cried on the phone and mentally it was torture for us both. But someone at that time told me to just get the file ready asap and send it back asap

I checked everything 300x the second time and eventually got the number and we have been transfer now.

It sucks but all we can do is keep our head up and submit again asap.

Ugh, SO sorry. Apparently mine was missing one effing signature after I checked the checklist a dozen times...I cant for the life of me remember where I could have forgotten it! They also apparently mailed it back to me on the 17th and now I have anxiety I haven't received the package. So frustrating as I am moving back from USA next week with our toddler and my husband was going to stay behind about a month to tie things up with our home etc. Now I am fearful we will have to be apart much longer. :(

Hey,
I have a question. My file also returned because of the missing documentation. My question is they sent me a letter which has my( Sponsor) UCI number and also has an application number. Do I have to fill that application number in IMM 5669- Schedule A Background Declaration form Question no 2 which ask for Application number? Did you guys fill that information while reapplying? Please reply because I am almost ready to apply.

Hello folks,

We have received SA, BR and MR within a 2-3 day span recently.

The BR request letter states "you do not need to provide fingerprints at this time" However, the request asks for the fee ($85) to be paid. We have paid the fee. Wondering if we will receive a fingerprints request in future? Anyone with experience like this?

Thanks

No, the Biometrics letter states that I need to make the biometric fee payment. It also states that the applicant doesnt need to give biometrics at this moment.

If you've already paid for biometrics then respond to this letter along with receipt for $85.
You do not need to provide fingerprints at this time because they don't see your payment as yet. You will be asked for it once the payment reflects with them.
