Hi, I have a question regarding my OINP Process.
I got NOI on 31st May for NOC 0621 and CRS 439.
On the EE profile, I showed my work exp as Jan 2017 to Dec 2017. so that They counted it as one year but my concern is my work experience started from 17th January 2017 to 31st Dec 2017. Will it be any problem for 16days?
what should I do? I should submit my OINP or no??
Please give me a suggestion.
Thank You in advance.

********* CAN'T BELIEVE I ALMOST MISSED AN IMPORTANT THING **********

Submitted my application to OINP eportal a few days ago but reading the pdf file today found out that I have to submit ECA to OINP seperately. This is mentioned like this:

"World Education Services (WES):
If you already have an ECA from WES for IRCC or a standard WES evaluation report, you must:
• order an additional report for OINP at the WES My Account page; and
• select the “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program” as the recipient of the ECA or evaluation report.

Remember: Your application will be returned as incomplete if you do not authorize the ECA organization to share the results of your assessment specifically with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program."

Just paid $37 for this. Jeez!

Bro I need your opinion. I submitted my application a few days ago to OINP but reading your replies I might have made a few mistakes - or not. I'm not sure.

First that I left the "Other activities" section empty. I went for debates to europe but considered that "education" so didn't mention. Also I have a 1 year gap in employment after graduation and you said that that section is for explaining that, although on portal it didn't say that. I left that empty.. how serious of an issue is that?
In the full pdf instructions file there is not mention of "Other activities" section at all..

Secondly they asked for a resume mentioning information, duties etc - I have all that. but I only mentioned my phone number and email in resume, not my residential address. Will that be an issue?

OINP might ask you for additional documentation or information if you didn’t fill “other activities” info accurately. So basically, your last 10 years are the combination of education, employment and other activities.

Answering to your 2nd query, not an issue. That’s fine.

You would need to add a consent letter from your wife showing that the consent yo d use of d fund in her account

Hey Guys and Ladies,
Have a age old query, (since there seems to be a lot of confusion on what goes into work history, and what goes into personal history.) So I have all the documents of my last 4 yrs of work exp. reference letters, appointment letter and pay slips(claiming points for this in EE). Prior to that I have a basic reference letter and a appointment letter (no mention of salary; just dates and that I was a good boy!). I am not claiming points for the older exp. So does that go into work history with an LOE stating reasons and uploading whatever documents I have, or does it go into Personal history with documents and LOE.

Also, I got my masters degree in feb 2010, but I was back home in December 2009; got my job in March 2010; so should i mention dec to march as unemployed; but then it clashes with my degree date; I think I should say unemployed and add yet another clarification in the LOE stating I was home in before the convocation and so my degree has a different date than my arrival home. Any thoughts. Thanks a ton !

1. You've to include all your work details in work history tab even if you're not claiming point for that NOC. Please do mention in LOE that you're not claiming any points for "Previous Work Experience" mentioning whatever relevant documents you've, you submitted.

2. Mention unemployment and explain the scenario in LOE. No issues.

Dude you are a life saver. Some people have mentioned It should go into personal history, but somehow it didn't make any sense to me. But since I have no clue how OINP works, thought it would be better to ask.
One last question though, Should I write one LOE with all the relevant points or separate LOE.

I am a new member. I have below questions. Highly appreciate if somebody can reply and clarify my doubts:

Question # 1: Is that possible to apply and get a job in Ontario (Subject to clearance of Interview and other thing from Employer), before creating profile in EE. If Yes then after getting job/offer letter (approved by LMIA), can we directly apply into OINP through EE process ?

Question #2: I am currently working for a Canadian company as Contract/Part Time from India (In Accountant field NOC catagory A). I have offer letter which says that I am working as Contractor on Project to Project basis. Will this experience be counted as Canad Experience or to show Canada experience, we have to be physically present in Canada ?

Hi,
I'm still waiting on ECA and IELTS but I estimate to have 418 CRS and my NOC is also 2171
I'll register my EE profile ASAP.
Any advice? Do we have a good chance of getting an NOI or a direct ITA from EE?

Thank you!

Thank you!

Direct ITA with 413, I seriously doubt that but maybe an NOI from a province if your occupation is in demand
