I don't know your situation but I would like to ask you have you checked out all different avenues that can help you boost up your CRS ? Taking overseas education will definitely pay you but it will have it's own price of time and money both. My point is try figuring out if you can shoot up your score sitting in your home country, wouldn't that be more convenient ?
I 'll share what I 've done. My Crs was 435 with CLB 9 with ECA as bachelors. I 've re applied for ECA this time through ICAS since i did my masters in distance education from Sikkim manipal University. I am waiting for the ECA to arrive within next six months or so. If i get a positive ECA my score will take a quantum leap from 435 to 475. my IELTS expires in May 2020 so I've time till that. In case if that doesn't happen my last option would be going there for studies but again it's my perception . you may go ahead with whatever suits you. All the best.
I don't think that they consider distance learning.

Thank you for sharing both your inputs and story. My current options are either PNP or Masters. Never really thought about pursuing higher education from our country. To be honest, never really was a fan of it. However, I'll just try and look through the curriculum now. Thanks again!

Thats the last resort. Follow hierarchy and protocols, approach your Zonal Manager - Divisional Manager - General Manager HRD - Executive Director - Chairman / Managing Director - RBI's HRD Department - Department of Financial Services (Ministry of Finance).

I'm sure you will get what you need before the matter reaches Top Management, because it is not a big thing.
Yeah..will persue once again
..thank you..

IRCC will verify that you are an employee or not once you have submitted your profile. I would encourage you to submit the reference letter by your colleague (which should be on an official letterhead with his contact information and credentials) along with other proof's that I had mentioned earlier.
Okay..this will be the last resort...thank you...

I've been obsessing over trying to predict the crs cut off, and I see a lot of predictions here, but felt that more could be done to make the predictions more accurate. I would like to share my improved (v1.0) CRS Projection sheet. If you want to copy it, please feel free but please share if you find any errors or make any improvements. The cut off projections are dynamic in the sense that if you change the # of ITAs or date of next draw, it will change the projected cut off. You can also test to see what the best and worst case scenario would be by changing the # of ITAs, new pool entries etc.

Also keep in mind that the further you go out into the future, the less accurate it becomes - who knows what the IRCC decides to do in future draws. They are unpredictable and nowadays more focused on making room for refugees from North Africa and the Middle East.
