Some updates:
- On 3 Jun, after waiting for too long for medical exam noticed as "Passed", I sent email to the IRCC's appointed clinic and ask them to double check if they already sent my medical result to IRCC. Then, they called me back and said that IRCC sent them a notification for further "Sputum test" due to a strange note in my lung X-ray film. I then had to provide my sputum in 3 continuous days (5, 6, 7 Jun) and the result will be available after 10 weeks (they said: if the result comes earlier, then this will be a bad sign that I have bacteria that cause Tuberculosis). I was very nervous and I already did another test (blood, X-ray and CT scan) during last week in another hospital which is more specialized in lung's diseases and they confirmed that I didn't have Tuberculosis or any diseases in relation to my lung, only with the fact that my bone structure near the lung is strange and creates a strange note in my X-ray film, however, the CT scan shows clearer and there is nothing suspicious there anymore. I am also very sure that I have no symptoms of being positive to Tuberculosis.
- On 7 Jun, I noticed my eligibility has turned to "We are reviewing whether..."

My case and other information remain the same:
- 26/04: I applied for SDS at VFS office in Vietnam and took Biometrics there on the same date. I also submitted to VFS the letter from the clinic where I took medical tests.
- 21/05: I linked paper application to online application and here are the status showed till now:=
- Medical: "We are reviewing..."
- Biometrics: "We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes."
- Background: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

Do you guys have the same situation with me? What will IRCC do next with my case? I am very nervous because I will get the sputum test result from 17 Aug and my course starts from 4 Sep. Do you guys think that I should send an email to IRCC and ask them to stand by my case and to quickly solve my case after the sputum test result availability (as IRCC did not sent me any email so far, even the email to further test my lung, the clinic is the one who notified my even only after my reminding email, and IRCC is now reviewing my eligibility without saying that the medical exam has been passed).

I really need you advice on this.

You need to be calm and keep praying let wait for the IRCC to do there review and next updated will determine ...

Depending on the gcms/note company you used, and also your third party financial institution.
Which gcms site did you use? And which bank are you paying from?

I made my friend who is in Canada to pay at Canada's official website and the payment was made immediately.. No reply received yet after the automated reply, filed on 16th May.

In most cases they will process your notes based on the information you provided. But troubleshoot by sending them a correction email and explain the mistake to them. You never can tell, they could rectify it...

I would also suggest you get both notes, since they are 2 different applications, which in the long run you will be more informed regarding the VOs concerns.

Yes I applied after one refusal and gid visa second time in 13 days but i applied by creating new gc key and application number remains same that application number will automatically taken by your passport detail and you biometric information as well good luck

my visa is finally approved!
applied on 29 april non sds india online
30 april biometric updated
13th may acknowledgement letter from delhi embassy
24th may medical updated
25th may biometric correspondence letter
26th may visa approved
but i get to know today only because yesterday was sunday my consultancy is off (saturday in canada)
once again thank you so much guys for replying to all my doubts.
hope to see all get visa.

my medical is passed on 7th June is it a positive sign what are the chances of approval now? #hope

If the application is not filed, you can request the third party to change the application number
